Coretrust helps clients assess their audit requirements, organise supporting information and coordinate with the appointed service provider. Statutory audit engagements are accepted and performed by an ACRA-registered public accounting entity under its own engagement terms, subject to applicable independence requirements. The appointed auditor is responsible for the audit work and report. Coretrust’s accounting, tax and corporate services are separately scoped.
Coretrust does not position the audit engagement in isolation. Where statutory audit or other public accountancy services are required, Coretrust helps coordinate the wider accounting, tax and corporate work surrounding the engagement.
